We specialise in taking beginners and those recommencing their running journey through the necessary training to run 5km non-stop. Focusing on more than just the physical side of running, Rachel’s Runners also provides a network of liked-minded others to show people, that with the right support, anyone can become a runner.
If you’re already into running, why not try our ‘Running Fitness’ sessions providing you with technique advice, running drills, and interval sets aimed at getting and keeping you ‘run fit’. Led by accredited Run Coaches these sessions are suitable for beginners and beyond, and you can join any time!
