We here at Rachel’s Runners are super excited to announce that we are featured in the current issue of Women’s Running Australia! If you are a subscriber maybe you’ve already seen it, but if you’re not you should definitely check it out.
This magazine is such a great resource for Australian runners, particularly women. It is full of great articles on nutrition, training, strength exercises, opinions and advice from other runners, as well as information on up coming races and reviews on running gear. It is particularly fabulous, because it features a lot of articles from regular every-day runners like us.
The current issue of Women’s Running Australia has Michelle Bridges on the cover promoting her affiliation with the Blackmores Sydney Running Festival. Coincidently, it is Michelle’s program 12WBT which started me off running two years ago and Rachel’s Runners are also featured in the ‘training’ section of the Blackmores website -> http://www.sydneyrunningfestival.com.au/general/training
