Learn to Run & Improve your Fitness – Sutherland Shire & More

As our two Sutherland Shire Learn to Run groups in Menai head into their final weeks and with numerous requests for more groups and locations, we are already looking ahead to the new sessions starting up. Sans Souci is already confirmed, but where would you like us to go next?


The group sessions on offer are totally driven by demand, so this is where you get to have your say. We currently offer two types of running sessions at Rachel’s Runners, so please have a read and see what interests you.

  1. Learn to Run Basics – Led by accredited run coaches, this is a 10 week program which takes participants through the necessary training to complete their first non-stop 5km run. This program is aimed at true beginners to running, or those just getting back into it. Weekly small group sessions are 1 hour in duration and homework is given to complete in between sessions.
  2. Learn to Run Fitness – Led by accredited run coaches, these weekly sessions incorporate running drills, technique advice and interval sets aimed at getting and keeping you ‘run fit’. Suitable for beginners and beyond, these sessions are 1 hour in duration. Join any time!
