Last week saw the conclusion of our Learn to Run Basics programs for 2016. These programs have run with huge success since the start of 2013. Aimed at beginners, our Learn to Run groups take beginners through the necessary training to achieve up to 5 kilometres of non-stop running at the conclusion of the program. This ‘field’ was no exception.
For the first time this year, we trialed running these groups in other locations around Sydney and it worked out great! Most recently we saw graduates of our Learn to Run programs achieve success in Barden Ridge, Cronulla, Panania, Sans Souci and West Hoxton.
These programs would not take place without the dedication of our run leaders and coaches and of course the commitment to the training by our participants. Thank you all for your hard work and a massive congratulations RUNNERS!
