As from the start of our next 10 week program, you will be able to take part in a special Nutrition Add-on to compliment your running program, thanks to our affiliated Accredited Sports Dietitian Michelle Bruce from Tune Up Health and Fitness.

Proper nutrition goes hand in hand with treading the trails or pounding the pavement! Without an adequate diet to support your running routine, your running performance will likely suffer. Just as it’s important to follow a well-rounded training program to achieve your running goals, it is essential to fuel your body with a well-balanced diet that supports your training so that you can perform at your best.

This 5 week online course, created by an Accredited Sports Dietitian, will teach you what you need to know to fuel your way to your first non-stop 5km.
