When I was training to run the Great Ocean Road Marathon I had a very bad flare up of ITBS and along with physio and massage therapy, I turned to RockTape to help with recovery and to get me through the final stages of my training. All I can say is that it was my saviour and I now swear by it to aid recovery of any niggles that pop up. But don’t just take my word for it…some of our team members were recently given the opportunity of trialling RockTape and they all seem to agree…

I’m just going to throw it out there……I LOVE RockTape!
I’m fairly new to the running game, and earlier this year about 6 weeks before my first half marathon I injured my Achilles. I had intense physio, and followed all instructions (which included 3-4 weeks of no running, lots of ice and strengthening exercises), and yet even with the go ahead, I was still hesitant to resume running. I was scared!
A friend introduced me to RockTape, and I have not looked back.
I love that:

What amazing stuff!
After injuring my knee last year and having to tape it since, I had battled the normal rigid physio tape and besides feeling like my knee was really stiff with it on and not getting a lot of movement, it also created so much skin irritation.
After trialling the RockTape, it has made taping my knee for exercise so much easier and more comfortable. I do physical exercise where I am taping at least 5 to 6 times a week and the tape is awesome! It holds on tight and never comes off and I love the cool patterns it comes in as well!
I have now converted fellow runners to using it as well as students in my Zumba classes I teach.
I also had the opportunity to try the Rock Sauce as well. It was great to use and have since bought my own bottle to keep. It is awesome that you can put the cream on and tape over the top and it still sticks.
Rock Tape gets an A+++ rating from me. Definitely 2 thumbs up!

Being a newer runner, I attempted to go ‘too hard, too fast’ and ended up with nasty shin splints. As I didn’t want to have to give up running, something I’d come to love, I asked around for ways to combat the pain. A good friend (and regular RockTape user) suggested I try taping my shins and see how I went. So that’s what I did. My friend gave me a roll and instructions on ways best to tape my shins. I have to admit, I was very sceptical that this tape would stop the pain and allow me to keep running, but somehow it did. So I stocked up on all colours and patterns of RockTape and worked out what style of taping worked best for me. Thankfully I didn’t have to stop running at all.
I swear by RockTape now and highly recommend it to everyone.
