Tell us a bit about yourself.
I was a kid that hated sport and had never ever run until that very first day – Field One, the first ever group of Rachel’s Runners!
Tell us a bit about you and running – How? When? Why?
Anxiety disorder had taken over my life and my beautiful friend Rachel who I met through our kids going preschool together, was so supportive and encouraged me to get out of the house and join in her new Learn to Run program! As the weeks went by, I surprised myself every time as I got a little further and a little faster and suddenly that sense of achievement kicked in and there was no stopping me! Running has changed my life. ❤️
What’s the best thing about running for you?
Making new friends, setting new goals and the endorphins!
What’s your favourite piece of running equipment?
My Brooks Adrenaline GTS running shoes.
What’s your biggest challenge with running?
Once I’ve built up to an event, making sure I set a new goal before I fall out of my running routine.
If you could invent a running or fitness tool or toy what would it be?
I’m just happy RunKeeper was invented!

Always run with your heart and never give up. ❤️
